SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed with 2 -3 business days. Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays.

Any delays due to high volume of orders will be informed within the 2 - 3 business days to the customers registered email.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once an order is processed, customers will receive Shipment Tracking Number via registered email.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Rodeo Ron is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

Rodeo Ron is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
